Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MAY IT Solutions platform and this website. MAY IT Solutions is a product of Cellular Advisory, a Texas-based technology company. All services, billing, and support for MAY IT Solutions are provided by Cellular Advisory ("we," "us," or "our"). By using MAY IT Solutions or this website, you agree to these Terms.
Description of service
MAY IT Solutions provides residential and small business IT support -- diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance -- and uses software to respond to, follow up with, and schedule appointments for support requests via phone, SMS, and web chat, using automated and AI-assisted messaging alongside human oversight.
Accounts and use of the service
Customers who subscribe to a MAY IT Solutions support plan are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to configure the service, and for complying with applicable laws regarding communication with their own clients, including telemarketing and messaging consent laws.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use MAY IT Solutions to send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful messages, or to use the service in any way that violates applicable telecommunications regulations.
Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms
Program name: MAY IT Solutions Support Messaging.
Program description: When you contact MAY IT Solutions by phone call or web chat, you may receive text messages from us, including missed-call responses, answers to your questions, appointment scheduling and reminders, and periodic follow-up messages about your support request.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us, and may include multiple messages per day during an active conversation, tapering to occasional follow-ups over the following weeks.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text and data plan.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your phone number is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes -- see our Privacy Policy for details.
Payment and billing
MAY IT Solutions offers one-time service (such as Residential Diagnostic & Fix) and recurring monthly support plans (Small Business Essentials and Small Business Plus) -- see our Pricing page for current rates. Recurring plans have no long-term contract and can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Disclaimer of warranties
MAY IT Solutions is provided "as is." While we work to keep our diagnostics and repairs reliable and accurate, we do not guarantee that every issue can be fully resolved, and customers remain responsible for backing up their own data before any service is performed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cellular Advisory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MAY IT Solutions or this website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
