Remote Support
Get help without waiting for a visit. A technician can see your screen, walk you through a fix, or take control directly -- with you watching and in control of the connection the whole time.
Ready to start?
Remote sessions are booked and paid for up front, just like an on-site visit. Once that's confirmed, a technician will text or email you a Zoho Assist session ID shortly before your appointment time -- that's when you'll use the join box below.

Have a session ID?
If your remote session is already booked and paid for and a technician sent you a session ID, join below.
You can disconnect from a Zoho Assist session at any time using the controls on your screen.
What we can do remotely
Capabilities depend on your device -- here's exactly what to expect.
Computers (Windows / macOS / Linux)
Full remote control once you approve the Zoho Assist session -- a technician can move your mouse, type, and fix things directly while you watch.
Android devices
After installing the Zoho Assist – Customer app and entering the session ID, you can share your screen. Some devices (e.g. Samsung) also allow full remote control.
iPhone / iPad
Screen sharing only -- Apple doesn't allow remote control of iOS devices. A technician can see your screen and talk you through each step, but can't tap or type for you.
Not sure what you need? Ask us first
Tell us what's going on and a technician will review it, then follow up to help you book and pay for the right remote session. Your Zoho Assist session ID goes out once that's confirmed -- already know what you need? Book directly →

Frequently asked questions
Is remote support safe?
Yes. You approve the connection before it starts, you see everything the technician does in real time, and you can disconnect instantly from your own screen. We never ask for passwords, MFA codes, or payment details during a session.
What if I don't have a session ID?
Use the "Request Remote Help" form below. A technician will review your issue and send you a session ID by email, text, or phone once they're ready to start.
Can you access my phone or tablet?
On Android, yes -- with screen sharing and, on some devices, full remote control. On iPhone or iPad, Apple only allows screen sharing, so a technician can see your screen and guide you but can't tap or type for you.
How do I end a session?
At any time, use the disconnect control in the Zoho Assist window on your screen. The technician will also always end the session and confirm access is closed once the work is done.
